Frank Walker
Bio
Frank Walker is a criminal defense and personal injury attorney in western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. He has a BS in criminal justice from West Virginia State College, a MA in education leadership from Marshall University, a JD law degree from West Virginia University and a Ph.d in instructional management and leadership from Robert Morris University for his dissertation entitled “Reversing Course: Gauging Perceptions of Stakeholders in Criminal Justice System Towards Reform to Decrease Mass Incarceration.”
Frank is a member of the Allegheny Academy of Trial Lawyers, past president of the Pittsburgh Black Lawyers Alliance, and teaches Criminal Procedure II - Adjudication as an adjunct professor at West Virginia University College of Law.
