Joe Otte is a criminal defense attorney with over a decade of experience representing people in both state and federal courts throughout Western Pennsylvania. Joe has developed a well-earned reputation as a uniquely skilled and committed defense lawyer, who represents the highest ideals of the profession. He began his career at the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender, and has since built a private practice focused on defending serious criminal cases and representing indigent defendants. After five years of practice on the CJA panel, Joe will begin serving as the CJA Resource Counsel at the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Pennsylvania in November.
