The final court-appointed counsel training for 2025 will be held on December 12, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The training session will be held in Judge Satler’s courtroom at the Allegheny County Courthouse.

The topics to be discussed in the training include:

• Requesting, accessing, and organizing common types of e-discovery

• Tips for efficiently and effectively reviewing e-discovery

• Getting your client access to discovery

• Troubleshooting common tech challenges

• Resources ALIJ offers to help appointed counsel solve technology challenges

Expected speakers will be Mark Ganley, Joe Otte, and Doug Sughrue.
