Discovery and Technology Support Consultations

One of the struggles all lawyers face is how to effectively use technology tools, especially when it comes to reviewing electronic discovery. To help with this issue, ALIJ has arranged to pay for court-appointed attorneys to consult with Mark Ganley, a discovery and litigation support provider and the founder of Commonwealth E-Discovery. Mark is available weekly for half-hour virtual* appointments with court-appointed lawyers on Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. – again, free of charge.**

Mark can help with a variety of services, some of which are described below.

*Note that while most meetings will be held virtually, some requests may require meeting in person.

**Additionally, note that if the time necessary to address your issue requires more than a half hour, then you will need to request additional funding from the court to compensate Commonwealth E-Discovery for services rendered.
